Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Our products ship from more than one location. Delivery time depends on which items are in your order:

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

If your order contains items from more than one location, it may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $29 (US and Canada).

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update. If your tracking hasn't moved after 10 business days, email us at supportmooshy@gmail.com.

Customs, duties and taxes (Canada)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't predict these charges or refund orders refused at customs.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
